Dee Rose Kick-Off Party Succeeded!
The Dee Rose Official Kick-Off Party of last Saturday (07/07/07) was a big success!
Lots of people came to celebrate the party with us and most of all to see Dee Rose give it's first official performance. After a gig at a bungalow parc & playing live for national radio in June, this was our first official gig!
It went great, and the audience was very enthusiastic. Many people came and stayed till the end of night.
A very good friend of mine, and great fan of our music, came especially from Brussels with his sister to see us and to be part of the band's Kick-Off Party (and my birthday)!
I guess he's the ultimate Dee Rose fan, as he describes himself! >>>

Shopping in Maastricht

Shopping in Maastricht
In our weekend at Simpelveld, we planned to go shopping on Saturday. So we went to Maastricht, a nice city in the south of Holland. We stayed there all day, and luckily Randal wanted to carry dee baby, so that we could use the child's buggy for all the stuff we had bought..

as you can see we also got to enjoy the sun a little this day.. the rest of Holland had a rainy weekend.. us too, except for some lucky moments on this day in Maastricht..

Weekend @ Simpelveld

Weekend @ Simpelveld
Hi peepz,

me and the band spent our weekend at Bungalowparc Simpelveld last weekend..
it was awesome!
Dee Rose performed at Le Cabane on Friday evening.
On Saturday evening Randal (our guitarist) played at the bungalowparc with a 70's/80's cover band...
We stayed at the parc with the whole Dee Rose crew (only our manager was missing.. but we found her in a lost & found box near the exit of the parc on Sunday afternoon.. Our 5th bandmember Robin did join us luckily.. he's our second man on keys and backing vocals..)
+ there were 2 female singers and a drummer that played with the band on Saturday..
And 2 very close friends of the band joined us aswell, with their baby (yeah, our own band-baby.. he's our biggest fan! haha..)
Anyway.... we were a great team and it was an amazing weekend....
